Werd, I have an older Mathews MQ-32. It's not super quiet like some of the newer mathews.. But it holds its own. I'll snap a few pics of it this weekend if I remember. :)

i love shooting archery i am pretty good but i shoot instinctively. i shoot with friends and they might beat me when shooting at a target at predetermined ranges but when we go out roving(shooting at weeds in the field with judo tips at random ranges) i absolutely kick ass. i desparately need a new bow though, mine is a 20 year old pse fireflight my dad bought for my mom. its draw length is about 2 inches to short and it only goes up to 55lbs with 45% let off. i want a newer bow that goes to between 80 and 90 lbs. and now that i am not working in the oil fields i might just get a new bow this year cause i will actually be able to hunt this fall
A modern 60lb bow is far faster than anything that was around 20 years ago.
I have a 4 year old Bowtech Guardian that shoots 315fps (enough to put an arrow right through an adult sheep at 30 yards).
Would like to go to 70lb limbs for hunting (would give it a few more fps) but time is always the killer for me.
Don't have the time to ride or work on my quad, let alone play with the bow

The lower came in.  This thing is ALL plastic.   ???  Not sure how I feel about that but I'll see how it holds up.  I think the bolt release is about the only metal part.  Mag release, hammer, entire fire control group including the trigger is plastic.  Even the takedown pins.  Going to run it on my .22 upper I think.

fire control pins are metal, that's a positive

Safety is all plastic

Hammer is plastic!

They put a pin under here to make sure you behave.

Plastic takedown pins

And lastly, I had to throw a few stickers in to offend

just buy yourself a lpk and it could be a very good lower

disco

they supposedly did a simulated 75k round test on it and it didn't wear out.  I'll run it till it starts dumping mags then fix it.   :D

i dont know how that plastic hammer is gonna have enough force to detonate a primer

disco

No kidding!  I asked the guy, "plastic hammer?!?"  He says people have had good luck with them.  Must be in the force of the spring.  Must not be any different than a lightened hammer.
