Dinner Time!

After months of teasing my co-workers (reheating ribs that smell amazing) I thought I'd be nice and bring in some pulled pork.

After 5hrs of smoking heres what it looks like got another 3hrs or so left.

I made a killer rub with Brown mustard, lawrys salt, brown sugar, honey, plenty of black pepper, cheyenne pepper, fresh ground jalapenos, red peper flakes, and a few other odds and ends.

DAMN IT, it needs to hurry up. I'M HUNGRY!
