I am 24, and have weighed pretty much 170lbs all through high school and until i was 22-23...i joined a gym, just short of a year ago...
i am now 190lbs... and my goal is to hit 200lbs...
i take a pre-workout drink (superpump250) a during workout drink (sizeon) and my afterworkout protein (gaspari intrapro).
i push myself to the limit every workout so i am good and sore...i workout mon, wed, fri, sat.
Mon: chest, tris, bis, abs
Wed: back, tris, bis, abs
fri: legs, calves
sat: shoulders, tris, bis, abs
i am really into body building now...
my dad has been a body builder for a very long time, so he ahs tought me all the proper techniques...so i wont grow up like him and ahve so many injuries lol
