trust me bro, my house has 4 floors, and even that isn't enough LOL

my old home had vaulted ceilings, that made noise travel even worse.

I got to agree that you made a good decision on the ranch. Everything sounds great about it (neighbors are a big thing to me, I lived by a guy that was always drunk and came over every time I got home and bitched about my yard until I finally blew up on him after about a year of this and then it was just awkward to live by him until I moved).

Congrats man! Looks like a REALLY nice house!
