Buy a walk behind mower for the lawns don't be a lazy $#%^&*
Then run behind it while mowing, great training for quad riding 

I may be facing a decision like this soon.
have finally seperated from the strawberry tart, & will probably end up selling the house (with 6 1/2 acres)
Will be a bummer to lose it, but the mortgage is too high for me on my own.
Hopefully we get a good price for it & I can find something smaller & cheaper

Looks like a nice place, but the front door is gonna be a pain in the ass for putting in furniture, appliances, and big screen tvs (take it from me, it's practically how I make a living nowadays) but that big garage makes it all worth that...

As for mowing, get a push mower, tie it to the raptor with the shut off bar on a rope attached to you (like a lanyard) and cruise around in 2nd...You'll be done in no time.

Always wanted a two-story until I started doing deliveries.  Had to climb stairs all day.  I decided then that I could do without more stairs at home.
