I also can't rob anybody to save my life.  Do you attack weak properties or what?  Found one at 40% and I still lost, it was still at 40%.

Multiple (duplicate) weapons or just more everything?  

In the iPhone mafia wars I have 60+ pistols and do pretty good in fights with my army of one.

At work now and on auto-pilot at home.    I'll have to try some gankin' and shankin' when I get home.
