Anything can be robbed other then a mafia mike's.  But the casinos make you the most money.  Just make sure you spend just as much money on guns, armor and cars and you'll be ok.  And make sure you protect your properties.  A ton of people have tried to rob me and failed.

I've been fine, only been robbed twice successfully, but a ton have tried.  I've built up a ton in protection.
