Big giant 10-4 on that one good buddy.  Make yourself indispensable.  This is my motto. Do some things that others wouldn't do. Then become the guy they call when they need help. Pain in the a$$ for awhile...but pays off as you start to delegate. IT was tough for me here for quite awhile, being that person. But now, everyone relies on me, at least for answers....but I get to pick and choose what extra work I take on. ANd, surf the internet some days, and BS about quads and stuff right in front of the people who have the same seniority as me, but make nearly half my wages and do more.  I know, not as cool as alot of you, but works for me. I used to be the other guy, that would do the minimum, when the axe came, I had no grounds for complaint. I proved to myself that attitude change goes a long way. Something I did not believe about 6 years ago. Lost my job, expecting our first child. Could have taken that as a negative...but it was a wake up call. 



But....oh yeah, meth sells itself.
