With full tanks, my fat ass, and my isnturctors ass in a 152, we were 350 lbs over on weight and balance. It would still rotate at 1500 feet.

~Brian

rotate...as in the good way, or as in rotate towards the ground like a fatguy carrying friggin dart.

and Erich is poopy head!

those are called "walking tacos" great idea if you have left over meat from homemade tacos. Take them for lunch.

Rotate as in lifting off of the ground to escape Earth's gravity.

I pull the nose wheel off the ground at 50 knots in a 150-152, and with slight backpressure, hold the nose up and the airplane will take off by itself. I'll maintain this attitude and keep the aircraft at 500-750 fps on the VSI and keep the airspeed at 65-70 knots on climb out until I hit 1500 feet. Then, I'll put the airplane in a speed climb until I get to cruise alititude.

sales floor still dead?

We've had some activity, but everyone is just kicking tires or asking for the impossible.

I looked at a 2006 Chrysler 300 limited (sunroof, leather) a few days ago. The customer owed $23,000. Ths customer had a 549 score.

The car was worth $7500. There's no helping people like that.
