No its not ceramic coated. Though I do plan on doing it this winter. I got it brand new from a member of RF for 450 bucks.

might just be my eyes but it looks like there is a brake line comming from the back one

He said that is the resivor for the rear shock in and earlier post.

Yeah it's the resi for the rear shock, the line runs up there and he has it clamed up front.

Yup, its for the rear shock. I really dont know why they dont run a piggy back, but it is nice having it up front so you can adjust it with out getting of the quad.
