And also if you were ever going to take the family with you on a dune trip, this would be it. Yellowstone is an hour away, Jackson hole about 1 1/2 hours, and the Grand Tetons are viewable from the dunes.
Im in like Flynn
Count me in for now
hmmmm yellowstone is an hour away? Been wanting to take the fam there anyhow. we shall see.
your in Fucker
I have always wanted to go to Saint Anthonys. It depends on how busy the shop is, and my finances come Memorial day. Since I'm the new guy, and starting from scratch, I don't get a paid vacation till Sept 1st of next year. So I'll have to take unpaid time off, and that's if were not too busy . GERD willing, I'll make it
St. A's is a week long stay. When we go, we do the whole week so you can relax but still cover everything. The BLM campground is real nice and right in the middle of everything. Go out and hang a right for the small dunes or a left for the big ones.
14 hours for me. I just might be in. always wanted to go there. ???
 RaptorRandy....don't make me oldmanap you!!!
I am in for this. Gunz you carpooling with someone??

Right now the plan is to head up to Colorado700's house and load up, then roll to St A's. Tonto13 may or may not go, but if he does that'll be who I ride with. Who do you plan on taking with you? We should have plenty of room, but nothing will be in stone till we get up on the date.
Me and my brother. Both raptor 660, both dependable trucks. I have a 14 ft trailer so I can haul one more easy and a couple the hard way.

Cool, might as well depend on carpooling with us then. I have a 26' trailer and Roy has a toy hauler. I just dont have a big enough truck to pull my trailer on the hills. If Roy doesnt bail on me for the third time (sup Roy you pussy) I bet we'll take his toy hauler and one of you guys can pull my trailer. We'll run up and pick up Colorado700, Lady4fiddy, and Troywcc. My trailer shouldn't have any problems hauling 6 bikes. Plus whatever Roys can haul.

I could always pull the trailer if we meet at the same place in Omaha. ???
Talked to Kevin at JokersVault earlier, he said we would come too and bring a few of his turbo bikes... MMmmmm turbo. Soon oh so soon.
I have a newer 1/2 ton chevy it does fine down here but I know what your saying about the hills( I just moved back from Billings MT) My brother just bought a 01 F250 with low miles. This truck is a bad dude. Put a hitch on the back of the toy hauler and it would pull a box trailer too LOL.

if kama can make the trip (if his wife will let him) then you can probably count on at least 2 canadians on the trip... :)

We got JVR coming...anyone else wanna commune with a large customer base?? ;)
me and a buddy might make the trip from ca. 14 hours not too bad. is there places to stay close by or do I need to bring the 30ft trailer?
Aaron, better let me find the campground. The one you gave me dirrections to was about as far away from the big dunes as possible.
Where we stayed they have large single campsites with large pivilions. They willl hold 10-15 people or 4-5 vehicles for 60 a night.

fair enough Shawn, We choose that location becuase they had pay showers available, and we were tent camping.
I'm with preddy, the BLM campground is way closer to the good stuff.
I also read some time ago on Duneratt.com that someone was planning on opening another campground even further west than the BLM campground. It seemed like it may have been the guy that owns the atv rental place - Dune Excursions - but I could be wrong.

Just up the road a few miles. I did some more checking on duneratt and it sounds like the new campground never happened, so BLM is still the best option as far as I'm concerned. We can throw Aaron in the lake to wash the stink off of him. Mostly.

so guys blm is the best spot to stay? I would like to bring the little trailer if all possible. but if I do that I need showers. Is there a hotel really close? or showers near by?
Ther are hotels close but they are expensive. Last time I was there it was al least 100 a night without taxes. BLM is way closer to the good stuff than the good camping spots, but you can just park a truck with gas and whatnot in the blm parking so you don't have to go a all the way back to the east side.
I sooo cant wait for this one.

Bathrooms yes, showers no.
I meant for this one Hefe. Which way are you taking? You going through nebraska the long way or through the dakotas? If dakotas... We could work somethin out.
so at blm what do you do for showers. go for a swim somewhere? i really don't want to haul 9000lbs for 14 hours just to have a nice place to stay. i will but there has to be something better. ???
yea, kranny, we can work something out
free handjob...
hey... if are offering, I am sure we would all like one
In the days of old, a great battle was fought In this land of sagebrush and sand. Ten thousand warriors came together in fierce combat. For days the batlle raged and many heroic deeds were done. But the battle lasted so long and the fighting became so fierce that the Gods became angered. They called a great wind that blew for weeks. The wind was so great that the sand rose up and swallowed all of the warriors.
If you have the courage to open your soul and let the warrior's spirit in, you will yourself become a great dune warrior. Then, If you listen carefully, you will hear the battle cries of the those ancient desert warriors in the wind...

Get that busta brown!!!!
First page needs brought up to date and edited. Need specifics on campsites so that we don't get screwed out of any. Need to know park hours, regulations, and fee's. Sign up list. Hotel/motel accommodations, maybe a group rate if need be for the members not staying at the campgrounds with all the col kids. Make it an official RaptorSource Rally and get on the ball with shirts, press releases, and items list. Also need to get a-hold of site sponsors and get them all in with some sort of raptor/450 prize for attendees. Sorry for the run on sentence. LS Rally rocked want to make sure we got this one handled too, with a little bit of a kick.
Party on Wayne.

I know it is a long way off but does anyone have any ideas on dates that they will be there. I am trying to do some planning for my self and maybe get some discounts on camping and whatnot.
My son is in school on the 24th and 25th. So that means I can leave OKC on Wednesday the 26th. Hopefully get there on Thursday lunchtime and hang till Sunday. Wife and son are going if I can buy a RZR by then.
Are you guys comminment phobic or what? Throw some dates out there.
Hello we Hansen Performance would love to get involved with this rally and participate.
Were our new location of our shop is basically at the dunes we would like to host a get together at our shop have a rally dinner, bomb fire
Heck even if there was a enough intrest maybe a dyno wars for a small fee throw in some t-shirts..
I dont know if it will be developed at the time but the plan is to have a 300' drag track timming lights the whole works and a camp ground.
Also wouldnt mind having a little raffe and give away some goodies to give away to the raptor community.
Look foward to spending more time online this year
Tell me what you all think good idea or not .. Thanks Brindley

Most of us are stayin at Desert Oasis, no need for reservations, unless you want em. We will be stayin in the dry camp area in the back.
As long as we are talkin about the camp sitiation, are we the only ones bringin the kids, if so does anyone mind if they are comin, as they do ride but not a lot around camp.
Yeah bring them. Not sure if mine are coming for sure or not, but I don't see what the problem would be.

My driving route
I35N out of OKC, I70W to Denver, I25N to Cheyenne, I80W to I84W to Ogden, I15 to St Anthony's. 1430miles 22hrs 30min drive time....
I'm staying at desert oasis rv park. Right now the plan is to leave Wednesday morning and arrive Thursday morning before 9am and stay till Monday morning. Right now my plan is to load the bike in the dodge and roll hard. Buuuuut Tonto and frog are planning on going so my plans may change and I might ride with them. Also Jstev and his brother are planning on going the Saturday before and staying the entire week, so I could end up riding with him. I'm still holding out on Troywcc to see if he;s going to be able to go too. Also the Missourri boys are going I think and I might hook up with them.... Just all depends. I am in 110%.. I think I will have a spot rsvp'd by the end of the week.
list updated on first page
Like I said earlier, we also have a group that will be getting there from North Dakota in the evening on the 23rd and leaving the morning of the 28th. We are staying just a few miles from the dunes.
I would like to meet up with you guys getting there early.

I'm ready, will probably reserve a spot tomorrow at Desertoasisrvpark.com . The spots that are reserved for the 28th on 51-56 are guys from the MR site. Hopefully we can rsvp the whole damn campground..
Heres a map of the area. DesertOasis is a good 6+ miles away from the mani campground. The big/fun dunes are on the far left side of the picture.

holy smokes dat's a long way! Sweet ass map!!!!
Ok I called Hansen to see what they have going on and what they are wanting to offer us. No answer, but I left a message for him to get back to me.
Preddy, Colorado, Lady4fiddy, Tonto, Jstev, Gstev, Mo Raptor, Firemann, Frog, Krandall, Hefe, and all the other guys, do you fellas (and chick) want to set up camp at the place Preddy is talking about above? I know most of the other guys from ModdedRaptor are setting up at DesertOasis. I just assumed that we would all setup at the same place. I really don't care which place we setup camp, if the site that preddy is talking about really is that much better then DesertOasis, then I'm cool with that. I'd like to know the pro's and con's to whatever. It is crucial that I can scrub my ass daily in a fresh shower. Also, if I understand Jstev correctly he said that the camp Preddy is talking about is purdy nice. I'm ready to rsvp a site yesterday sooo lets get this figured out.
I'm really open to either place. I like the fact that the Egin camp is kinda in the middle of the sand box, but others from the other site is staying at the other camp. Does this Egin camp site have the same amentities as Oasis does (gas, convenience store, shop, etc.) Like I said I'm open to either place and yes it is nice to be able to take a shower daily.
Egin Lakes is the BLM run campground. There are no showers. There are vault toilets and plenty of camp sites with electrical hookups. There is an RV dump station and potable water fill. There is a small store with snacks and a few spare parts. But if one or two people coming have campers/toy haulers, the shower problem is solved. Plus it is a much better location, that extra six miles equals less play time in the big stuff. When we go, we always stay at Egin Lakes and we almost never turn right out of the access point (see map).
Soooo Russ, are you going and where are you staying?
:raptorrally:

If I'm able to go, I strongly prefer Egin Lakes, but it would also be cool to camp with everybody and party it up too. So I'm torn.

Close Shawn, but no cigar, that is Sandhills Resort, Oasis is not on that map,but its only about a mile away from Egin lakes campground.
If you look where Shawn labeled Egin Lakes, there is a rectangular white field,in the lower left corner you can see a small campground, that is Oasis, there is a dirt trail from there to the dunes thats about a 1/2 mi.long.

Here is the pic of the 2 places. The little white square on the right is Desert Oasis... The one on the left is the BLM, right???
If we are only talking a mile difference or less, then I prefer to be able to poop and shower.
My bad. I could of sworn that was Desert Oasis.
I'd like to see what Hansen has up their sleeves before I make any decisions.

Where are we staying!!!!!!
Last we heard we were all stayin at Oasis.
At least thats where we will be.
Those wanting to stay at the BLM campground. It is a fairly small campgroud that doesn't take reservations. For Memorial day weekend you would have to get there no later than the Tuesday possibly early Wednesday to get a spot. Oasis will fill up fast also including the open dry area.
I plan on pulling into Oasis Wednesday afternoon.
Can't wait!
Talked to Brindley today from Hansen performance. Sounds Like he's got a hook up for us all to camp...stay tuned...
Sounds good, just read that Desert oasis is for sale. Lets all pool our money and buy the place. Just the small price of 2 mil :D
I cant wait

Can you give an approximate location, at least relative to it's relation to the dunes? This could be really cool, if everybody can basically open camp and still be close to the sand. Just have to run the generator instead of plugging in, but that's OK I guess.
Right on Brindley!
I would love to if someone can get me a trop map i will show you guys, but for some reason my computer or me, i cant save a map off googe or map quest..

Seth the dry camp area is serverly reduced though, so space will be really limited. Call Bridley at Hanson Performance for more details.
The field ands the the area that butted up to the creek are no longer available. (the farmer took control back of his property)

Brindley, is there access to ride out to the sand from the camping area, or do you have to haul to BLM and then ride?

They told him they still have 25 acres of Dry camp and since we will be there on Thursday we should be a lot up there so we will take our chances.
They still have dry campingg its all between the paved road and the full hook ups, they just dont have the corner up top near the dunes, but the trail is still there and dunes can be accessed from oasis with no problem.
I think what Russ is asking is, can you ride from the HANSEN camp to the dunes or do you have to trailer to the BLM day ride area.

Coolio.
I just started to work for a screen printing/uniform company and I am thinking about having some raptor Rally shirts/hoodies printed up. I can probably have some hats embroidered up also.
I just want to have an idea on if anyone would be interested in having a shirt, hoodie, or maybe a ha before I took the time to have them printed up.
I can do one for the raptor rally and if there are enough other people that are going to be there that aren't on a raptor or would rather have a St. A's Memorial t-shirt then I can have them made up also.
I am not sure on what the prices are going to be yet but I am guessing that the shirts are going to be right around $15 and if I can get hoodies then they will be right around $30 or so depending on the design or style. These are just a guess on prices but they might be a little cheaper depending on how many because I will have to add in the setup fee. If there are enough people that are interested then I can take some ideas for the art/setup on the shirt and take it to the art department and have them put together a sample that I can post up. They will probably be available in white, black, and gray but might be able to get more colors if anyone else is interested.
Let me who would be interested because I have a minimum for 24 for them to print them up for the screen printing stuff to work out.
Maybe we can get a list going with who would be interested and in what size and color. I think that it would be a cool way to have something to sport around while at the rally and after of course...haha
Just let me know and I will see what I can come up with, PM me with your ideas as far as the art and maybe what you would like it to say, sponsors feel free to hit me up if you want a spot on it...
I am sure that I could get youth sizes as well if there are enough kids that are going to be there and will want one.
I just need to let the art department at my work know so that they have enough time to get the screens made up for the printing of the final approved product. Thanks guys.
****Here is a copy of the final product. Thank you to all who helped in getting these ready and I hope that people like them as much as I do...***

Jade i would be in for a t shirt or 3 .
I was going to get the ball rolling on some shirts, but I just don't have the time. So if you're up to it, I'd take a couple of shirts and I'm sure the crew (8 people) I'll be with will want some too.
Brindley, what are the Idaho riding laws? Do we have to have a permit? Insurance? Helmets? Flags? What are the rules? legal/illegal to travel on roadway?
I throw in what I know from past visits, Brindley can correct me or fill in the gaps.
Helmets required on kids under 18.
Non-residents aren't permitted on roadways, but I don't see why we would need to worry about that.
No insurance requirements that I'm aware of.
Flags are required on all vehicles traveling in the dunes.
Last I knew, Idaho honors your state issued permit/license. I think you have to get an out-of-state permit if your state doesn't issue anything, but I'm not sure about that.
russ it right. you can cross a public rd , but if you want to ride down the rd you have to be licenced for that.
I would like to help support the raptor rally. Hell, I would like to go. What is the name of the place that rents atv's there?

I am going to get a price within' the next day or 2 so that I can hopefully start a prebuy for the T-shirts so that I don't have to come up with a ton of money upfront and so that I don't end up with a bunch of extra shirts at the end of it...
I also might be able to put the design on a hoodie too if there is enough people interested in doing that... Just let me know and we can get the ball rolling on them...
Colors are probably going to be Black, White, and Pink... BUT I can probably get any color shirt that you like but the imprint colors will stay the gray and black (if that makes sense )
Here is the design on the shirt...

***The logo to the left of JVR on the back says "MasterBrands", it is the company that I work for and part of the deal I made with them, I am going to see if I can have it pulled or changed though***
Both look really nice but my vote goes to the 2nd shirt.
how do i get in on the advertising on the back?
Barker might want in too
Jade, the designs look awesome. I'll take a black XXL whenever you get ready for a pre-buy. Doesn't matter to me which one. And I don't mind if your employer logo is on there, totally cool with that.
Here is a mock up of the Black shirt... (http://i212.photobucket.com/albums/cc63/19jade67/RaptorRallyT-shirtBlack.jpg)
dude, those rule.
Thanks Man...
Oh and by the way. Saint Anthony's on the black shirt will be in white also... I forgot to change it over before I posted them

we carry vp race fuel. what are you looking for u4.4? tell me what your interested in ill get some prices up and have some at the shop, by rally time.
I run Sunoco 112 down here. I was planning on running a 104 oxygen fuel up there at 6000ft. I haven;t a clue which vp fuel it would be.
Man I want to go so bad I just don't have the $$$ to go. Right now things plain suck, I was laid off from my second job a year ago but I had a room mate so I still had some play money but she's moving out next week, the city is taking another $100 a month outta my checks starting July 1 (our step raises have been frozen since 2006) and my house payment just went up because of taxes/insurance (how the F' can my property value increase in a recession!?) so things are going to be pretty tight for me until I can find a second job or a room mate. So I'm doing the responsible thing, which sucks.
I was hoping that it was me that hit Powerball last week, sadly no. If something happens and I get the cash to go Tony will be one of the first to know cause I'll be calling him to see if he's still got room.
I have thought about selling one of my toys but they are so pretty and I enjoy all of them. :) I do have an AR-15 for sale, its brand new unfired, not even put together.

oh jadddeeeee :)
all my buddy's would be looking to buy some fuel up there too if the price is right. We can get sunco 110 leaded here for about 6 bucks a Gallon. I'll have two buddys with and we're all pushing almost 15 for compression. Me on my raptor, buddy on a YFZR and another on a YFZ.
If you can suggest a decent fuel for up there we surely would be down to buy 10 gallons each. 30 gallons in all.
We would prefer not to rejet/remap for a fuel.
Thanks!

I was thinking i you got the sponsers that wanted to be involved pay a small fee for advertisment, thus knocking the price down even more for those of us that would like purchase one. But if its byist to one company does'nt seem right. I have nothing against any of the sponcers but if its not fair than im not interested.
Fuel I will get some prices up in the next couple days for you. vp is the most expensive ill see if i can bring in some other brands. thanks Brindley

As for the sponsor thing... I have been trying to figure out what it would take to have ANOTHER screen made up for the project because its not just as simple as printing off a picture and then putting it on the shirts. That is why I asked when I posted back MONTHS ago who was interested and who had any ideas. Nobody hit me up on being a part of the shirts or even helping out except for Kevin. It isn't that I am being biased to just the one company but fact of the matter is that Kevin read my post asking for input, help, and he stepped forward and covered more than he needed to. He was the ONLY one to step forward until after the mock ups came out.
f
As you can see it didn't happen overnight. I posted my original post damn near a month ago letting people know what was happening and asking for people to step forward, it is just now that I have had the ability to actually get the ball rolling. The company I work for isn't a small company so they can't put a ton of time on something they are doing on the side. I already had the screens made up for the first design and the art guy was pissed when I came to him and asked for just a mock up with the bigger logo on the back.
I have absolutely zero problems with any of the other builders, Hansen you're included there. Infact I almost didn't do them at all because there was absolutely ZERO other interested. I wish that I would have had other people step forward and help out earlier on but now it is down to the wire as far as having time to have new screens made and still get the shirts made up as well.
I wanted to have more people and shops come to me and when I saw that there were more people were finally interested in getting onto the shirt I went to the art guy and have been trying to get something moving on that but there really isn't anything else that I can do other than wish more interest would have been expressed from the beginning. I didn't pick and choose who I added, I opened up the invitation for those interested to come forward and the 2 people on there are the only ones who wanted to be a part of it until stuff was ready to be produced. So if that means there are some of you who aren't interested in having one of the shirts then I apologize for that because I wanted to have a full shirt with sponsors but the interest on that end wasn't there until it was a bit late.
WOW.....Look Jade you go from NO interest to everyone wanting in..... :jaw:
To bad this interest was back 6 weeks ago.....
HP, to call Jade out for being Bias is a bit unfair.....I watched the call for involvement and saw no takers....so I thought I would help out....Jade is a client of ours and friend and I for one want to thank him for even coming up with the idea....In the begining this "Rally" was RS's idea...then it was joined with some from MR and now some from RF have joined in....it was stated months ago that it is not a JVR rally.....I had no idea that JVR's logo would be on the shirt until I saw the proto-type shirt at the same time everyone else first saw it...in fact I asked Jade to remove it....he called me and said it would be hard to do since the screens were already made....that is why it would be hard to add I would assume....
Anyways Big PROPS to Jade for having an idea and rolling with it....
JVR
First off I want to Thank Kevin for supporting the shirt from the start when I asked for people to step forward, Thank you.
With that being said- IS THERE ANY OTHER SPONSOR OR VENDOR WHO WOULD LIKE TO HELP OUT ON THESE T-SHIRTS AND ARE GOING TO BE A PART OF THE RALLY??
I am making the call once. Please have your LOGO to me as quickly as possible because I need to get this in before I leave work today...
I was fine with how the shirt was before because it was a huge help to have the info earlier, but I am doing this, Actually I was against this because everything was already done but Kevin called me and asked me to give it a second go even though he already paid to have one set of screens made up. Kevin asked me to do this so that we could have a "United Rally" instead of bickering or seperated over a shirt.
We are doing this to give people a second chance to get on the shirt because I have had a ton of PM's telling me to give another chance to Sponsors again. SO if you want to actually be on or a part of the shirt the PM me for Information on getting on the shirt...
Hopefully is will be a nice get together where we can all just have a good time!
Done, thanks Yadders!
I'll call you after the wekend Mike.
I give jade props for stepping up to the plate like i said i know its not biased and have no problems with any of the sponsers it just looks that way and just talking out loud.. as far as seeing any intrest on design 6 weeks ago i did see it and took it as in ideas on design layouts graphics etc, Im sorry that I didnt look at it as a opertunity to sponser, until you posted pic with sponsers on the back.
I will send you a pm , I own a screen priting set up and know what it takes to make it happen. Thanks again and sorry for any pain in the ass. Brindley

Thanks Aaron. Look forward to meeting for the Rally and I'm ready to go. Meeting you guys in the Springs will make this trip alot easier for me and wife won't be as worried about me driving all the way by myself. All you guys I met last year at LS are really good group of guys. Sometime just send me address and time you want me there and I will be there. Also anything you want me to bring. Anyway Aaron Thanks again.
Sorry I couldn't make it happen Tony I really wanted to go but you know how things are. Hope you all have a blast.
I don't want to hear any complaining about the drive. There is a chance I will have to drive all the way back by myself, with a 24 foot enclosed trailer. :(
If that happens James, follow me back to Colorado Springs, you can crash at my place for the night

Tony, No Problem Bro
Right now the plan is for Tony to drive here, load up his quad onto my trailer then head out to Grand Junction to meet up with Russ and swap my trailer onto his truck and drive to St. A's........Just realized this makes me the Pivot man on this  Dammit!!! :aaron:
Tony, as far as I'm concerned the sooner the better, even if you get here and get to rest a bit before we hit the road again (maybe a good idea anyway).
Russ, lemme know what the Vacation days you pull are and we'll make sure to use as much of it as possible. I don't mind driving, day/night don't matter when it comes to going riding...We're there dude!
Rock Springs has a truckstop that you can leave your pickup at. I left my pickup at a flying J truckstop for 3 days when I went to the SL rally.
Thanks for offer Arron  I will deff not be doing a 1400 mile pull in one shot. I am not a meth slinger, I mean truck driver

I normally run track tech 111 (TT111) leaded 112 octane non oxygenated. MRX02 Sunoco sometimes...
I've been running Sunco 110 leaded for years with great luck!

I need to start planning on a few things. if there is enough intrest in a dyno shootout ( 3 pulls no tuning and a t-shirt) for $35, and we could do the barbaque (on me bring your own bevrage) during the dyno shootout on sat afternoon . thinking 10:30- 2:00 or till it done
Let me know whos interested so i can make sure i have enough shirts and food or to just not worry about it

Alright Folks, I'm punching out of work. Leaving 0400 for Idaho (be there ~6-7pm)
We'll be at site 43 at desert Oasis AKA Idaho Dunes RV park at St. Anthony's. We'll probably have the RS banner on 4gunz trailer. Swing by and say hello
I'd like to setup a group photo with everyone on Devils dune Saturday around 12 noon. To do this I'd like to have everyone meet up at our campsite at ~1130 and we'll all rollout there together for a massive group ride, then snap the pics. My cell # is 7192875240 text or call me (please leave a message with name & # just incase my phone plays stupid in that network) so I can communicate any other group activities (BBQ, Hansen Dyno day, potluck, etc).
Can't wait to meet you all, and do some riding.
Aaron
Man you guys and gals suck, I wish I was going! Hope you all have funa and safe weekend.
Don't forget to bring a set of knobbies if you want to do dyno pulls!! The roller is hell on paddles. :P
Josh Wiig from WiigStyle Racing will be at St. Anthony's dunes from Thursday to Sunday. I will be bringing an OEM Raptor 700SE rear shock for all of those to see what I do at WiigStyle Racing.
I will also be available for shock tuning and to evaluate what the rider needs to obtain suspension set-up, ride height, and control. I will NOT have parts on hand to revalve, rebuild, or respring shocks.
For those interested in shock tuning you can contact me to rent-a-tech for 1 hour. Cost is $30. In that hour we will cover front to back shocks and set-up the quad for you. If there are other problems such as the springs are to soft for the rider I will make a work order form for you with what would need to be done along with the cost.
I will be offering a huge discount to all those attending the rally. I will have business cards, work order forms, and pens to hand out.
PLEASE call or text me to rent-a-tech at 712-621-5191.
IDAHO IN 12 HOURS

K-mart started around here (michigan)
they are everywhere ... well the ones that haven't went outta business already
Raptor rally is going great. Great friends, great riding!
Freak'n awesome time....... Just rolled out about an hour or so ago. Wish I could have stayed for another day or two. :(
Had an awesome time, too bad the weather sucked balls. I think we spent more time hiding from the rain than actually riding. All in all, it was a blast, and really nice to meet so many good people.
 St. A's was a blast! Got to meet more new people and see those we haven't since the last rally. It's the people that make the experience great! Russ-Russ was in the truck for all of 5 minutes and knew he would fit in with this crew. Tony and I shared the same potty schedule and we both got a lot of grief for it!
Chris (Alkire193) worked so hard on Krandall's F'n quad... oh and Randy... DON'T EVER WORK ON A QUAD AGAIN!!! We are starting a for sale thread putting your tools in their! Your lucky we didn't surround your quad with Sobe Bombs! ;)
Ethan (Ductape660) almost killed himself (and about gave Aaron a heart attack)... and all that nonsense about him jumping higher than me... Well... where's the pics to prove it? :bird:
A special thanks to all our sponsors who made it out there and participated in the fun. Hansen performance hookin' us up with Dyno runs, T-Shirts and BBQ. Josh Wiig from Wiig Racing donated to the Potluck Raffle a rear shock and is pretty cool people in my book. Kev from Joker's Vault is an awesome guy and donated T-shirts, Panties, and JVR oil tanks to the potluck raffle. It was great to meet the Joker's Vault crew, excellent people!
Oh and we can't forget Ed... that guy can rock a fryer with twinkies, cupcakes, zingers, ho ho's  he fried them up and it was delicious! His "Apple Pie" drink is amazing and really got the party going (and we slept like babies afterwards). Everyone who brought food to the potluck... THANK YOU! Now that was a feast! A special thanks to Tracy (CyNick) for organizing everything (Love ya girl!).
Anyhow it was a super time, and thanks to everyone who showed up... you all are some cool people! And to those of you who bailed on the trip... :sit:
And... I can't forget Jade! He did a kick ass Job on the t-shirts and hoodies for the rally! That boy gotz some skillz!
And it was freakin' hilarious watching him get attacked by 3 foot tall midgets... 4 kids running at him, tackling him, kicking and punching.
;)
made it home with no more speeding tickets . :clap:had a great time !! met some very nice people gunz, russ,mo, aaron, nikki,(gunz brother? grey660 w 6 pack rack?) i wish i would have gone to the pot luck ,and i would met everyone else. thanks to everyone who made me feel welcome. even with the rain and the cold and not knowing a solo there i had i blast!!!!!! ST.ANTHONY ....RULES!!!!!!!
Thanks for having us.....Met a lot of great peeps and had a lot of fun bench ridin' Thanks again!
Kevin and the entire JVR crew.....
Kev!
Thanks for everything bro. The JVR bikes are badass, the Giveaway was sweet, and getting a chance to chill with the crew and yourself was worth the drive all by itself.
We MUST do that again soon..
:turbo:
Aaron
I need to echo what Nikki and Aaron said, huge thanks to Kevin and the JVR gang. The amount of stuff they brought to the potluck raffle was staggering (and I'm not just saying that because I walked away with a super-sweet hi capacity oil tank either :) ). Kev is truly a generous guy and makes you feel like you're old friends five minutes after meeting him.
The gang at Hansen were very gracious hosts for the dyno shootout on Saturday afternoon when the weather was sh!t and indoors was the only place to be. It may have started off slowly, but the overall turnout was pretty impressive IMHO.
Josh Wiig, big thanks to you too buddy. The raffle prize of a full suspension rebuild was very cool and I know the young guy that won will love it. I appreciate the tuning session we did Sunday morning and my only regret is that we didn't do that Thursday instead so I could enjoy it all weekend.
Tracy (cynick) and Seth (roostinu) were great hosts for the potluck Saturday night, and all around cool people to hang out with.
Jade's t-shirts and hoodies are the bomb. And he is a one man party wherever he goes.
imaquadr (Lance), glad you made it home with no more legal infractions. BTW, I found the owner of the sandy cell phone and it will be on it's way back to Montana soon.
russ did you find out how long it had been there
thanks brad (jvr) for tuning my raptor i was i little rich!
Your very welcome. It was a great to meet all you guys and gals.

Hey now its only one finger. LOL
Wow,just like everyone else has said, it was a good trip. It was good to put some more names to faces. The potluck turned out better than expected and Tag got a real good opportunity to make his little 250 to shine with a new shock rebuild, lucky little turd, LOL.Also wanna saya special thanks to Kev.at JVR and Josh Wiig for steppin up for all the give aways, that was awesome!!!
It was fun leading the guys from back east....If I scared ya, I'm sorry, LOL. But I gotta say the 2 best rides I lead was when I was in the Rhino. It was cool to see my Rhino out in front of a lot of FAST bikes. It still shocks me that everyone stayed behind me.
Anyway, it was a good trip, no one got hurt and there was very little in the way of break downs. Hope to do this again with you guys.
Hell Yeah Seth, it was great to finally meet you and Tracy and your 3 kids (Cy, Nick and Jade)
  That is TOOOO funny!!

Yes it was very cool to meet everybody and a total blast to ride with you too. I was just amazed at how far some of you traveled, but don't blame you because St. Anthony has always been my fave.
Thanks guys!

We had folks fly in from Conniticut, drive from Iowa, Illinois, Colorado, Oklahoma, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, Montana, Nebraska, and Canada.
Our group photos unfortunately didn't reflect the whole crew, but with the weather the way it was, it still was pretty awesome!
