I guess I need to come ride with you to boost your ego.     :'(

LoL whatever, you will be passing me soon yourself!!  Problem is once you get used to the power, you don't notice it anymore and always want more.  Hard to believe that I've pretty much doubled the HP from what stock is.  Thats nuts.... and I want MORE, MORE

with your "lower" compression, victory is only a bottle away  ;)

Oh believe me, I've been thinking about that stuff also.  Throw a 50 shot of giggle gas and she what she does  :jaw:

the new piston is inevitable anyway, so why not  :grin_nod:

Hahaha you are going to get me into trouble here Aaron  >:D  Is there anything you have to do as far as timing or fuel when you kick that bottle in at full throttle?  Sorry starting to go OT here lol

Alright :)

so kinda back on topic.....

Ok to get this thing running more towards its prime it would be best to

1.  Step up compression...at least 12.5:1.  I would like to stay on Pump 91 octane if I really could.  That stuff is already expensive enough.  Remember, I ride at 5,000ft and above

2.  Larger bore....would this help also since I will be replacing the piston.  What setup would work best with the following?  I want to keep it reliable here also.

Kenz port and polish
X2 Cam
+1 mm valves
+2 KDS TB
Fuel ATV Intake
Barkers

1) sell the kenz (If you get 2/3 of what you paid for it, it'll pay for the rebuild)

2) get the Racer's edge/KDS racing supremo supero numero uno head  ;)

3) get a CP 12.5 piston

4) enjoy kicking the crap outta everyone

I'll say get the compression up, let's work on the timing curve....But I'll be honest, I have seen that kind of comparison between the Hotcams Stage 2 and the X-2 before. I know it seems like you would be backing up, but I would inspect the Webcam and put it back in if it's OK. That way we could see if the X-2 is the problem. It's all good to add those other parts, but I wanna know where the power went. I don't wanna give up 3 hp and add the power back by throwing money at it. I would want to find the power that I lost first, then add even more with new parts.

Is there any way you guys could dig up a degree wheel? That may be the only way we can find "true installed centerline of the cam. ???

Ya i bought the head off a guy on RF.  Tried to contact him a couple times after I bought it but haven't heard a thing from him.

Heres the timing setup I have right now.  Is this correct?

Is there any way you could get another pic of this? I would like to see the same picture with the cam gear lined up just perfect with the "V"(it's a little behind it on this pic). Make sure to turn the crank forward only(counterclockwise). If you pass the mark go ahead and go all the way around again. If you try to back it up to the mark it will create slack in the tensioner and give a false reading. It looks like it could still be off. Keep in mind that when you move the cam gear 1 tooth it will only change the crank gear 1/2 tooth. 8)

If Kenny builds a head, AJ will come.       Wait that didn't sound right  ???

I still say sell the Kenz (Not bashing), just not set-up for your other components.

I'm on a mission to get this sucker fixed now! I would like to see what the Web does in that dude(if it isn't pitted). I think a Dynatek would go a long way as well as more compression. I think my cylinder head is the best out there right now, but I don't know if it is worth blowing money on in this instance, unless he can get good money for the Kenz head  :grin_nod:

I read else where that the dynatek actually made some Kenz builds lose power.  How is that possible?
