winter build questions (HELP)

1.)+5 stroker crank or stock
2.)HC3 or HC2
3.)New oil pump and cam chain?

I have heard that stroker cranks make you lose top end compared to stock cranks and that HC3 gives you idle issues... I am a 280lb rider that does only dune riding in the oregon dunes...i do tree shots and race a little but more all out dunning then anything the let me know ASAP please help

what piston/compression. Stock bore?

never heard much bad about the HC3..... maybe makes the engine a bit cold blooded, but thats it.
