So I got into this argument with my G/F and she thinks that big corporations really don't sway the vote. I on the other hand say that for the most part big money like wal-mart can get away with things most of us small people can't. Oh, please list your level of education and what type of job you have. She thinks that thems for weelin reednecks don't have the edumacation to undrstand. Basically she thinks that big money doesn't have anything to do with why laws and such get passed and that all the little votes really matter more. Yeah I get that the little votes count but if someone gets elected and then is given money in some form, either for their campaign or under the table they may vote or change their mind in some way. I think the government is corrupt as FERK!

So, we're still arguing and now she says that her professor would disagree with me too. I think that it runs into that too. Teachers telling people what big money wants them to say. What do you mean? I'm saying that here in Utah we have gov. Huntsman and his family basically runs the UofU. They donate millions if not more to the school each year. Some way he gets his money back for donating money. So let's say that it gets back to the dean that one of his professors is talking trash about Huntsman, You think for a min. that professor won't have a good sit down with  his superiors or even keep his job? Big money owns the Government!
