I dream alot, and I mean alot. I catch myself day dreaming. I can remeber dreams from my childhood as if they were yesterday. Then again I do forget dreams 10 minutes after I wake up. I would love to write a book (for myself) of the dreams I have.

I remember 5 or 6 really messed up ones I've had over the years... Lucid Dreaming happens right before you wake up...When you kinda realize youre dreaming, and it feels like it's really happening.

I've found, when I eat really bad for you food, I dream more, or I at least remember them. Kind of weird.

I read one time about groups of people who attempt to lucid dream. They try to prompt themselves to realize that they are in a dream and control what they get to do...Id try it, but I always wake up when something cool is about to happen

as for the dreams you can control in a way, not sure how but I have known in just a couple of dreams that I knew I was dreaming and tried to "control" them.    Very strange...  Suppose parts of the dream we do or dont remember is where da ja vu comes from?

that happens within an hour or so before waking up. Ive done it...but I always wake up before it gets really cool. LOL I get deja vu all the time.
