youll need to do the opposite. the mods take up quite a bit of space. but that could work. as long as the modded hard drive doesnt have an XBL gamertag and your xbox is never plugged up to the ethernet cord while that hard drive is in use.

360. my 20gb from the premium got corrupted so i think its garbage. im getting a 120gb from the elite (i think) tonight. I need to figure somethin out for the modz though.

Well what RR is talking about doesn't apply to the 360.

Its still possible but not with the hard drives. You have to flash your dvd drive in order for it to read the games you burned. Its kind of complicated but if you google it there are a lot of guides and things.

some nerd my brother knew because he was in college at the time let us borrow it for like an hour and we copied it onto the hardrive    idk how that kid got it, guess just a chain of events led to him getting his hands on it.

That happens with a lot of games. Have you guys ever heard of torrents? Its like lime wire kind of but more complicated, and times games show up on those torrent sites like a few weeks before release. Usually they are in French or another language though.

If Microsoft finds out that you are using a flash firmware which they eventually will, they ban your console, so your console is pretty much useless. So make sure if you do it to read all the things you can do to help prevent it.
