weird. I got one red light on the ring which means hard drive failure. I need to get a new hard drive and all my shit is gone. I can recover my xbox live gamertag but thats it :'( :'( :'(

I modded my original xbox. pretty sweet. clear green case, lighted controller ports, 4 cold cathode lights, big ass colored fan, light around the jewel, see through dvd case.  

then came the 360.....

I was about to ready to order all the stuff for the 360 but then I saw a  YFZ...

gpu= the graphic proccessor of the 360 which could be a possibly reason for lines across the screen and no sound. If you have another way to hook it up try it first.
