far enough that I'm not going to make it there & back by 3pm when I'm due back on site

Travel to LA (including airport time) about 8 hours
Fly to New Zealand 13 hours
Get home 1 hour
Package up Rappy to air freight it up8 hours
Transport to airport
Get airfreighted to Kansas, about 4 days
Fly back, including time in airports etc 23-24 hours
Collect Rappy from Customs, about a week
Uncrate, re-assemble, remember the bits I forgot to pack, get it running, remember about the intermittent misfire................
Ride to little sahara with 15 cops in pursuit due to the high speed & general illegality of the vehicle

Have vehicle impounded & get arrested by the gun toting loonies you call cops
Get deported & not be allowed back (I work up here lots)
Lose my job as a result............

Hell yeah, definately worth it, I'll be right onto that just as soon as I get my ass out of bed (finished work at 2am)
