Everyone waiting on T-Dub, please check in!

We have been in contact with Tonys local prosecutor. The prosecutor is willing to press charges on him if a complete list of those affected, amount spent, method paid, and when paid is given to him. If the dollar amount is big enough...he is going after some BIG charges. Crimes the prosecutor mentioned were "Wire Fraud" (done over internet), Conspiracy to commit fraud (Paypal situation, making the time run out for refund), grand left (for the total amount he scammed) and some other charge.

The prosecutor wants this list by the end of the week, but I would bet he would accept it if it came later.

So everyone waiting on something from T-Dub please let me know ALL the details of you situation.

Put me on the list.  I paid for a swing arm, carrier and chain.  I just got the swing arm.  I paid by paypal for everything in full last September and I didn't get my swing arm till March of this year after hounding him for it everyday.

I talked to Paul and he said he was helping out modquad building arms the last few months till he burned them too.  Paul thinks he's gone for good.

I called the jefferson county city prosecutor last wednesday about the best way to go about going after T-dub. I will be contacting there police office here soon. Everyone is really slacking, I asked for all there information on there transaction with tony and I only got one responce. So screw them. If they dont want there money back or swingarm, then so be it.

I will be getting my swingarm and or money back. PERIOD!
