Measurement - Width of bill balance bumper.

Hey,

I have a custom bumper fabbed up in the style of the bb bumper, just wanted to check the overall width (tip to tip), seems a little wide to me.

I may have to cut it down.

28 1/4 from tip to tip. I scaled it from a pic so i think it may be off a little.

If its alot though im gonna cut it down.

I will post a pic when its finished, just gotta add mounting brackets, and diamond plate front cover.

Im kinda debating a design to put in the plate for the bumper, any suggestions??

Not really sure, i may be limited to just regular punched holes, or at the very least ovals.

The plate will measure 8 1/2 wide at top, 3 1/2 wide at bottom, 9 1/2 height overall, with slight bend in the middle.

The top main bar on the bumper and the down tubes were scaled from a pic. Bumper looks very much like the bb bumper.

dunno bout something cut out od diamond plate.....may distort the image cuz of the raised sections.... i'd keep a simple design

That bumper must be great for moving the quad around & trailer loading with  lots of protection.  Throw up some pics of your warning covers

get a bio hazard marker cut in the plate. they have wicked tribal look to them.
