Yea, looks pretty nasty, but I bet in a nother week once it all settles, it'll be good.

will you be doing 2 pours or bottling straight from that? my friend had 2 bottle examples, the that was poured 2 times there was a lot less crap on the bottom of the bottle.

I been reading that homebrewing forum for a weeks now and found that people are moving away from secondary containers. All that does is add oxygen to the beer (which is bad) and moves it away from all that wonderfull flavoring stuff you see stuck to the sides. In a couple of weeks I'll move it to a bottling bucket by siphoning it and leaving all that nasty crap in the origional. It will really start to clean up in the next two weeks. IPA's are known to be slightly cloudy anyways.

gotcha, Yeah, there's a IPA made in Wisconsin company called New Glarus. its a mid sized mom/pop brewing company, their bottles have some sediment on the bottom still, pretty cool.  (cool knowing its a true home brew style)

sediment is not cool. means you're lazy. And I won't drink it.

Krandall

you don't drink it from the bottle peelz, you do a smooth pour into a glass :)

still not cool. Let the beer settle in the glass, there will be crap sinking to the bottom. barf.

Krandall

not really, when you do the smooth poor itts pretty minimal
