Gives it that nice roasted flavor... I'm gonna start brewing beer using bong water, should have a real nice aroma to it.

Last Thurdsay I had a really good, expensive beer that had instruction on it on how to pour it. Pour at a certain degree and leave the last inch of beer in the bottle and toss it.

Good beers will have a little settlement.

I have not tasted it yet becaust there is no caranation in it yet. I need to add the priming sugar and bottle it. That will add the fizz and hopefully it taste good. So far every thing leads me to believe that this will taste great. No infections, no cider smell, nothing out of the norm.
