For those of you who rode with me at Silver Lake (Sand84, Langford, TWISTER) and all of you at the Little Sahara 2010 Rally this is old news, but here's the skinny on my new ride for everyone else.

Picked up a 2006 Yamaha Raptor 700 back in August, here are a few pics and a mod list.

I just didn't want to be that hard on the clutch, after all it's an 06 and that clutch is ancient in raptor years.

A stock clutch on a 700 3 mod will last almost forever in my expierence.  I hammered the hell out of mine and it was still good when we took out the motor...I think I adjusted it once in 2 years

Mine is slipping like mad, but that is after a few hundred (if not thousands by now) WOT 2nd gear launches in the sand.  DD lockout coming in a few weeks to replace it. 
'07 powerwheels raptor...with a belt driven twin screw centrifugal turbocharger!  Wait for it, wait for it...!

That bike is clean MD.  Very nice looking ride.

BTW, I'm still on my original clutch (and chain and sprockets), and I do have some hours on my bike.
