The dunes are not that big for sure, but if you drop into the wrong chute, it can take all day to get out of.

For sure! And the slightest miscalculation can have you and your quad stuck in a dead fall that is suspended above the ground.

Let's see... there is also "bear wrassling", "getting your oil checked", driving up trees, group night rides gone bad, and lot's more fun!

Would anyone be interested in stretching this out to say, a week?  I'm thinking start out in St. Anthony the previous weekend (June 11-12) and ride all week, then head to Walden Thursday afternoon.  Just throwing it out there.  Mikey, I'm throwing a lot of it your way.  If you know what I mean.  Alright.  Yea.

Russ, would you be interested in James and I picking you up and taking you to Oregon with us that week instead of going to Saint A's? We are going to meet up with Preddy and Travis.. In Oregon on Saturday or Sunday, then head back to Walden for the rally.

The storm today should push the snow total to damn near 300" this year at Walden.       This will make for a very interesting rally for sure.

My boss is looking at work schedules for the States at that time, the theory being I will fly up, come to the rally, then go to a site somewhere close & do an install & then go home...........

Fingers crossed that it works out, only way I will be able to swing the time off, but worth the effort!
