so my boy just turned 10, got some $ for his bday. and a gamestop gift cert. He went with momma and bought Halo 3( yes I ok'd it. :)

just called me at work, and said "dad, when you get home, can we have Halo night?"

love my kids....kinda excited...havent played a halo game since before he was born :hefe1:

I enjoyed the game...played coop...

havent played a 1p shooter, really, since about 2001 ish...the FIRST halo... :lol:

Aidan got into it.... blastin aliens...little violent yet for a 10 yr old, but fun all the same.  :thumbs:

always enjoyed Halo. Co-op and local multiplayer was always fun. Maybe becuase the bad guys don't look like real people, but it never gave me any problems.  :tweakz:

yeah...

it never seemed "real" AND, you are protecting humans FROM phony aliens.. so the concept is cool.

Aidan has a pretty good grasp on what is real and fake...so Ill let him play...supervised.

oh there's a gun you steal from aliens...that shoots pink lasers... has pink crystals on it. He named it the "gay gun" :lol:
