How much footage can you fit on a 4GB card?

you gota pic? i need to kno some mount positions that work. i tried the handle bar mount but its for 1.8th bars and viprated like crazy anyway

idk if its the handlebars but the video looks wavy, it cost me like 150
with this cam, you can delete videos directly on the cam, and you can connect it to the tv

right now im looking for the manual, it has all the info in regards to the amount the video it can record with different gigs and resolutions
