exhaust bolt problem

So I was putting my grab bar back on that phucker fixed for me and was putting on the bold that holds the exhaust cans on when I heard a snap.  It screws directly into the frame where there is a "nut" that is welded on the back side.  Well that broke off, now I can't tighten it down or take it off, and I can't cut the head of the bolt off and just push it threw since there is a plate behind the welded on nut.  Any ideas?  Please

Needle nose vice grips should work.

vice grips work for me, i have the same issue.

No vice grips worked on it.  But a cutting wheel and cutting blade on my dremel tool worked....nice 5 hour project.
