which one are you? pregnant... midgets.... both?  Seriously...it seems like every day there is a new show about mundane subjects, only the cast...are always midgets. I understand that it is a rare disorder...but they should at least be doing something amazing...not just wasting the royalties from the show ...just to make the show interesting.

I had a midget approach me at the zoo last month, scared the crap out of me.

I thought it was a kid, I could see him walk up out of the corner of my eye. I was on my knees because my son and I were looking at the lower ferret exhibit. I turn and make eye contact and he spoke, sounded like someone my age. It startled me when he spoke because I was taller than him on my knees.

I told him, you scared me! He's says why? I said wouldn't you be startled if someone half your size walked up to you with a deep voice? He says I imagine so.

Few things:

When you get to a new job and some idiot that has done almost nothing since he has been there starts to tell you all the wrong steps to complete a task, then gets mad because you are ignoring him and not doing what he is telling you (Aug 9th 2010)

When the same idiot is amazed that you can do everything he cant in your first week on the job and starts to act more like a retard because he realizes a bit how worthless he is and instead of improving or trying harder, he disconnects more (Aug 9th 2010)

When your manager says the only reason he hasnt been fired for being a total idiot is because he tries really hard when you can wake him up or get him away from his laptop (Aug 9th 2010)

When the new guy that just walked through the door uses words he doesnt know to try to insult you and ends up being about as worthless as the first guy. (Aug 10th 2010)

At these pay levels, when soldiers lives are in the balance, a guy that gets confused by the operation of a door handle (daily) should not be hired to operate a camera to watch over soldiers 12 hours a day with the most advanced surveillance equipment available to our government IMHO.

Go today to pick my vacations, flip straight to week ending October 1.  Wouldn't you know, somehow that whole page magically disappeared out of the book in less than the 8 hours I was there?  I think these people fail to realize I won't be at work that week, one way or another.   

If you don't bid by your assigned day, you get skipped and a lower guy can pick.  Two guys with much less seniority both bid all their weeks (out of turn) and this page turns up missing.  Hmm.... curious.
