what's the benefit to removing so much material from around the sparkplug hole?
sold the raptor....full on 05 yfz in progress...

stock parts: fuel tank, swingarm and rear shock

The CNC will definately make it less labor intensive to do though.

It's funny you should say that. There are a few builders out there that try to claim that they have been using my evac valves for years. One has even claimed to have done "AV" porting......I'm sure he has no idea what AV stands for. :grin_nod: I have even had them tell me that they have done this chamber, and of course that didn't work either. I will have to do this on the CNC because that chamber is a BITCH! The gouges are my work :rofl:
