well since this kinda covers the raptor 700/660/banshee and i dont see why it wouldnt cover the 450 girls aswell i thought id post this in here and not just under the 660 stuff so that everyone can see it and mods if you feel this will be of better use someplace else fell free do to with it what you need

anyways what has everyone done to protect the rad on thire quads? some fould dont have the money to go out and buy and aftermarket grill and some of them look liek that could block alot of the air that should be flowing through the rad right so i thought i would share this idea i have had it for a long time but just now getting to do it after i seen alot of the dings left in my rad from the stock plastic grill.

here is a cheap and easy fiX that still will look good as you wwont even see it from a distance lol all you need is some chicken wire, steel window screen (note the window screen is sharp is hell when you trim it) and a few small zipties

first just cut the window screen and chicken wire to size

then lay the window screen onto the backside of the stock plastic grill then lay the chicken wire ontop og the screen and ziptie it to the plastic grill take some metal solder and solder the window screen along the outside edge to keep it from fraying apart

then your just put it back on the quad and your done and your rad is better protected
this is what it should look like before you soder the outer edge

Lately I just look at my quad and think about driving it down the road, piss a few neighbors off getting their dogs all riled up, but then I realize... I need a mutha fookin battery.  :'(
