Oh, Nice!!! I'll check that out.

Here's what I have found very handy thus far:

"Contact Sender" - I got this because, frustrating as hell, there's no way on my phone (Motorola Cliq) to forward someones contact info to another person via text. Nice but doesn't allow you to send a contact to multiple people

Flashlight - I got this because... A Friend told me to get it, what it does is it automatically turns your brightness all the way up, and then your screen white! I thought it was lame.. but decided to try it, i'ts freaking impressive!!! Very cool :)

Bubble - Got this, because who doesn't need a bubble level on their phone? Pretty basic, nothin fancy. works good :)

Android LightSabler - Because who hasn't wanted to have their own light sabre war...?!!!

this isn't an apple vs. android debate. Just wondering if others out there have cool software for their phone, most popular apps don't mean most functional, I don't care about bejewelled or pacman.

I have had my android phone for awhile through t-mobile i have the G1 and i have tons of apps too many to list really.  The better ones that i have are the barcode scanner called compare everywhere, babbler for facebook, pandora, sherpa, and the weather channel app.  Those are just a couple of the good ones that are free.
