Right now I know how big of a dip shit my boss is. How do you go from being a tv repair man to a manager in a telecommunications company that over sees field techs, when you have no idea what being a field tech consists of? Why make an extra 4 hours of work for me to do crap at the customers site, when I can do it in half the time at the switch site, and then take it to the customers site to install it when I am done? Because that makes too much sense, so why the hell would we do that?! One of the many mysteries of this company I work for............ I think this company is made up of nazi's that don't know anything about telecom.
