Actually H6M is really common, but I don't have know why we can't get them in a bixenon.

I see no need for high/low on a quad myself. 
I'm gonna wire mine so they come on when the switch is in either position. Guess that's where using the tail light wire comes in from previous posts. (Just dawned on me..)

I know this is old but still doing these?   I could use a few sets for my bronco and some other quads.  At this price I see no reason to not have them in everything!!

No sorry was over a month ago. That was my thinking, I bought them for eveeeerything. I can't even imagine driving without them at this point.
