All honestly I think the 450 is not a good bike for him.  I think a 250 would be a good starting point.

There's a kid that works in our service department that is 6'1'' and weighs about 120 lbs dripping wet. He bought a 450 and it kicks his ass. He can ride it, but he's much faster on a 250 because he scared to death of it.

No, he's not a meth head, but we do call him "crack baby" because he's so skinny.

He's 22 years old (I call him a kid), he can ride really well. He's a good kid, just lazy. Here's a few pics of him down at the river where we ride.

THere was a kid like that at Walden, He was riding a KX450F, he was awesome.  He was climbing shit that no one else would even try.  Looked like straight vertical cliffs.

If I were to ride a dirbike it would be a 250 modded to my specs. My buddy has a 450 honda dirtbike and its STUPID FAST!!!! Its just not useable.

what do I gotta do to make you shut up, hit a curb?

My .02, Yamaha 125 is still my favorite dirt bike. Light as shit and durable. Still with plenty of go power.

I don't think size has much to do with it, since all bikes are so light.  Honestly, it takes a bigger guy to control a Rappy IMO.

Power/weight is the issue.

Pretty wet year so far here. Got hit with big storms 4 days in a row. Mississippi is coming out of the banks. Tough year so far. 5 inches of rain for the week and weekend. Still raining now.

Its been nuts here.  No real flooding for us yet.  But there are a few counties that are having big problems.  I went through Holland Michigan yesterday and there was a ton of buildings and houses flooded, even the highway was flooded out and we had to take a detour.  I looked online and they got over 4 inches of rain in few hours.

It seems like it floods like crazy up there. The Mississippi of course doesn't have locks and dams like we have along the Arkansas. The Arkansas flods quite a bit. It was above flood stage two months ago. With the rain they are getting up by Tulsa, it will wreak havoc for the next week here on top of the rain we are getting now.

haha you wish kyle... lol my cousin is like 6'1" and 230 and he cant get my raptor 350 to move, he cant ride clutch, and he wants a 450, hes like its only 100 cc more, i just said, make sure when you get it, dont ride it till im there, i want to see it toss you off the back lol...
