I got to watch WHY fireworkds are illegal in Minn....  let me just say....  Dang rednecks. 

Yeah. Guy down the street in our old town blew his melon off about 5 years ago. Put two mortar shells in the tube at once. Bottom one went off first and didn't launch, so he looked inside, second one delayed launch. Boom.

Not good.

The only ones that are legal here are the "Fountain Style" they just spray sparks everywhere.... Well. this guy lights it... it doens't go off. So he goes up to pick it up to look at it.. It goes off..... idiots.
