new cam

Im dropping my bike off at the rocket factory to get a hot cams 3 and a dyno tune.  I can't wait for June 2nd. Talked to Jason on the phone, What a great guy to deal with. He answered all my questions. I will let you all know how well the bike runs when I get back from sand mountain.  :clap: :clap: :clap: :clap:

I don't know what your budget is, but you might want to see how extra it will cost to throw an 11:1 piston in while it is at TRF.

yea I was thinking that. would be nice to put in a piston. its probably to much $ right now.

called TRF. yea too much money right now.  :'(  I am thinking  that I will get about 60 hp with my mods and the cam. I don't know if I want to go any more, I will kill myself.  :nod:

" I don't know if I want to go any more" yea right, get back to us on that. LOL You'll spend the first couple of weekends saying "holey  :mad: this thing is fast" and then the next couple of weekends saying " I could use a little more power"

yea you are probably right. lol.  I thought that with the big three. now look im going into the motor. I hope I can just get out 60+hp.

well I love the new cam. 61.2 hp. thank you rocket factory. If anyone needs motor work done I recommend taking your bike to them.  wow what a big difference.   :thumbs:

What are your engine mods? Good numbers...

Nice, just wasn't sure if you put the piston in or not....Good numbers for what you've done :thumbs:

I didnt get the tq numbers  :( I did the spark plug mod by changing it out for a accel wire. the dyno couldn't read the rpms. oh well sure runs strong.  I was beating banshees all day. :nod:

A tach signal is easily taken off the primary wires to the coil as well... getting a tach signal should have not been an issue ???
