first off is the PCV with autotune worth it?

how well does the autotune work? is it accurate?

what things does the kit come with? and where are you guys installing them?

where's the best place to weld the O2 bung into the exhaust? closer to the head or could it be further back?

would i need to get my bike dyno tuned after i install this with my winter build?

winter build includes:

Barker standard duals
FCI with box
kenny's +3 TB
Kenny's CNC ported head
+2 valves
RJ cam
bee hive springs
+5 stroker crank
10.5:1 piston

Of Course!!! Might I suggest talking to someone though about renting their auto tune.. (How often will you need to re-tune?)

It's recommended by quite a few builders. I would trust their word ;)

No idea what the kit comes with but you put the pc5 in the same place your pc3 sits. in the tool box area.

There is mixed theory on this. On DynoJets site, they say 6-9" away from exhaust port on the head. others are doing further back 12-16" I think it's all a matter of opinion seeing your exhaust values aren't going to be lost until you get back near the can. (IMO)

No, That's the whole purpose of the Auto tune!

I spoke to Dynojet about this yesterday. He said on the quads placement is not as critical as other applications. He said most weld them behind the frame towards the end of the head pipe. That way the o2 sensor and wire are protected while riding and doesn't burn up prematurely by placing it 6 inches from the exhaust port as it states in the instructions.

if you install it near the can, O2 sensor readings will not be accurate.

exhaust reversions will effect those readings, specially with after-market cams that has large overlap durations

take it from me, I've tuned those single cylinder engines before using o2 sensors

What single cylinder engines did you tune and what o2 sensors did you use?

Warren

well after i put all that stuff i listed in the OP in the engine i will not be doing any other mods unless that stuff goes out first.

Raptors, YFZs, and Honda TRX450.

I used the Innovate LM-1 with data logging and Bosch LSU4.2 5-wire O2 sensor

Where would you suggest mounting the o2 sensor on a raptor with barker duals?

tonyrt44

here is one on monsters pipe and one another on a drag pipe, and if you noticed, I moved the bung a little closer to the head due to the drag pipe being shorter and less restrictive than the monsters.

Ive tried the website and the closest I found was a lte 3 mod..  Im trying to find a map closer to what I have done... My mods are barker duals, +2tb,stage 3 hotcam, velocity intake, dynatek prog. ignition and evac. valve

at this point with the pc5 its gonna be hard to get maps that are close enough cause not enough people have them yet. you might try that map for the lte's and add 1 or 2% fuel everywhere. to compensate the cam and +2TB. i would get the auto tune if you dont have it to get the right tune.
