Hi, im not that clued up on mods, could someone clear this up for me.

At the moment my raptor 660 03 model is totally stock besides the k&n air filter, i have the lid off.

Im about to buy a trinity VI full exhaust system, just wondering do i need to re jett my carbs.

Im not too bothered about any extra power gains just dont want to be running my 660 to hard incase the stock jets cant handle the new exhaust.

If i do need to rejett, what sizes would i need, 100% of my riding is off road if that matters, thanks for any help in advance

I would bump one jet size for new exhaust. But you will gain a ton more if you add an Intake. Which you would bump up another jet size.

Adding those two things will make your 660 a crazy wheelie machine. An intake more so then the exhaust alone.

what do you mean by adding an intake, i thought my k&n air thing was my intake  ???

What intake do you recommend for me then peels?

oops, sorry. Missed that in your post. you should have went up a jet size with new filter and lid off. I would go up one more after adding exhaust.

And:

Did you happen to watch the Match Saturday? 5 goals in 22 minutes!!! best 45 minutes of football I have seen for awhile.
