the plan is :
COD4 on Tuesday nights (or whenever we decide we wanna play)
cost for the server will be divided among the amount of guys we get signed up
the more we have, the less it costs
I estimate around $10-$15 PER YEAR (per person)
so, it should be real cheap
we will need a few guys that have experience with running a server
just in case I can't be there some nights

if your cousin wants in.. fine
tell him to help out with the servers cost

where the server should be located (like what part of the country)
