k. That's the way I have been doing it. I have just been sending most of the invites which makes it a huge time killer. I will try the out of invites thing again and see what happens! I have gotten to 537 members now and it has been a huge pain since I sent almost every invite for all of them members!

See something that says "Out of invites?"

There's a place for you to type something in, and hit "Set status".

This will appear on your profile or at the top of your home page. People can click that link to join your mafia. It's much quicker.

I classify people into categories....

When I get a friend invitation, I set it up then before I confirm. Above the confirm button, there is a "List" icon. Hit that tab to create a group, and highlight that group. Hit "confirm" and that person will be placed into that group. On your home page, you can click each group, and it will show you that group's activity on your home page. Click another group. and that group will appear and the other groups stuff disappears.

Oh, and I found out running script is a big no no.  Most of the bigger players look at it as cheating and if they find out that you are using it they will report you to facebook....who will delete your account since its against their TOS.
