Only way I know how is you need to sell some of your higher maint shiz. Like tommy guns ect... I would only sell if you have weapons to replace those (like loot items ect..)

How can a little level 11 guy claim a bounty on me and knock me out?  Why couldn't I fight him off?  I have 165 in my mafia and TONS of shit

Even though they are little, when they attack, they take a CRAP TON of damage, but still hurt you.. kind of like using a plastic little tikes hammer to break rocks, sure it's not the most effective. but, with time you'll get it done. I've taken out 200+ level people. I usually take twice the damage but.

oh he's done too.  He attacked me so I robbed him twice...only twice!  So he put a 16 mil hit out on me...what a waste of money, someone would do it for much less.  So I put him out of business
