i am not sure how you guys are buying stuff, but my advice that I learned on mob wars in ALWAYS buy everything in 10's. It keeps the price lower if you buy everything 10 at a time on the properties side. I sold everything on mob wars and started clean doing that and it made a HUGE difference in what I owned and how much everything cost me after the same amount of time.
