hey there

Raptor is not running when PCIII is installed.
Everything looks normal and all lights operates as usual.

EXCEPT ENGINE IS NOT RUNNING

it was running fine, and it stsrted acting up when I re-mapped it
PCIII connects to my computer, and I even reset it and updated the firmware.

if I disconnect it, the Raptor will fire up .

it seems that no fuel is being injected.

Any thoughts guys ????????

Tony, you had the PC3 installed before and it was running fine, but when you remapped it doesn't run?  Or you just installed the PC3 and it won't run?  If the second, there are two identical plugs by the Fuel injector to the Pc3, swap them out.

So, you didn't change any connectors or plugs.

Does the bike turn over, and not start?  Or just not turn over?

What happens if you reload the old map?

it turns over,
I removed the spark plug, and there was a spark

but no signs of gas in the combustion chamber

Can you hear the pump turn on when you turn the key?

Do the lights on the PC3 cycle up and down and then remain down during the "power up"?

yeah, the fuel pump primes up as normal, as well as the lights cycle on the PCIII

At this stage of my diagnoses, I suggest that PCIII is not signaling the Fuel injector.
since there was no sign of gas in the combustion chamber after many cranking attempts

what could cause this, and how to remedy it?

when you uploaded the new map did you get a confirmation that the map was sent? I would try to resend the map again. if that didn't work then I would remove the PCIII and see if it will run. If it does then you know the problem is with your PCIII. Oh you do have gas in the tank? I know I know very basic but I had to ask.

I know this is going to sound funny but double check the negative side of the power commander. From the battery.

Mapsend was confirmed by software, and it runs w/out the PCIII.
