Ok, since the bike is back togeather I've been to the dyno twice with the same results. We can not get it to richen up. The AFR is right around 15ish in the upper RPMS and will not move. They bike runs GREAT and has no stumbles, or flat spots. I've replaced the injector and still getting the same thing. The only thing I've done since its last trip to the dyno is added Bos updated port work, Dyna, and new gapless rings. Could this be something to with the PC3? I think I've herd before people having this same problem and the PC3 is going out.

I'm running out of ideas here!

I did replace the injector with another and I'm getting the same thing.

This is about as good as we could get it. If we gave it more fuel it wouldnt do anything.

The reason I ask is that on a max HP pull you pin the throttle and the Accel pump triggers at (Ususally) 80% throttle and adds an additional 20% to whatever your cell settings are.   And even if your map is perfect it'll dump extra fuel in the system.  I'd double check on your PC3, just to be sure

Yeah, it's an option on the PCIII not actually embedded into the map file... That's really weird.

You should try some little things to see if you can get it to change, IE put the air box lid on or, if you still have the stock intake lyin around. see if it changes that way...

This isn't really my world. so I'm going to ask this.. but, is there a chance it could be something w/ their O2 sensor? maybe somethings wrong with that.  ???
