"After several months of testing on mini quads, we believe that we have constructed a means that greatly reduces the harsh impacts on youth rider's upper body commonly associated with ATV riding.

The idea was to design a handle bar assembly specific for ATV use.  We also wanted an assembly that would conform to the rider's ever changing body position.

Normally the youth rider's arms, wrists and upper body's are not fully developed to handle these impacts. With our system the handle end pivots with the sweep of the handlebars. This concept allows the dampening system to perform inline with the riders' posture.

Our SOFT BARS use a (PDS) Progressive Dampening System. This system uses a dual rate vertical cartridge installed in the upright pivot assembly. This fully adjustable system allows for light resistance at the beginning of the travel continuing to a heavier resistance at the end of travel."

Features:

  • Constructed of T-6  6061 Aluminum tubing
  • All Stainless steel Hardware
  • Pivot area's are sealed
  • Fully adjustable
  • Dual Rate cartridges (PDS) Progressive Dampening System
  • 3 3/4 pounds
  • Lightweight
  • Modular
  • Rebuildable
  • Heat treated
  • Anodized

Above is a glimpse of the new ATV Four Play Soft Bars. Some changes will be made to the production unit, but overall the description above gives you something to think about if your in the market for new bars. Hopefully, soon the Soft Bars will be ready to ship.
