My Truck accident!

Well yesterday my mom used my truck to go into town to do some work at the office she couldn't do at home.while she was driving in the wind was really strong and snow was blowing over the road to the point you couldn't really see how tall snow was on the road.so while she was driving a well traveled 2lane highway bam a 4ft tall drift blew across the road and before she could stop she hit the drift she was only going 40-45 do to conditions.when she hit it it spun the truck doing 2 360's and flied in to the ditch on its top..thankfully she walked away without a scratch.im very glad she is ok.but on the truck note i just got it out of the shop on Friday and paid 2400 for the new trans i had put in didn't even have it 24 hours and now it is done it sucks this was a great truck and it is paid off i sure am glad i have full coverage on it though now fo some of the pics.
seeing this really hit me that it could have killed her no air bags went off i know if there wast the 3ft of soft snow it flipped onto it would've prolly been worse.
seeing this also has me wanting to say PLEASE WARE YOUR SEAT BELTS

this is where it had landed.dont mind the to catalytic converters on the ground i had also just done an exhaust on the truck to



also broke axle off as you can see









you can notice ripped topper off as well and driver door as well as every other door is messed up

im glad i wasnt in the truck with her as well if i would've been passenger would've got hurt because im pretty tall and roof would've hit me

Dang dude!!! Glad she is okay! 4' drift over the road is nothin to joke about!!!! I've seen 2-3 foot ones here in Minn this year. Always be careful!

im pretty sure it is i just check value and says 13,750 sucks cause that truck had every option you could get when it came out in 02 which also why it still holds good value even at 110k great truck and if i dont get it back ill miss it and i will say ill get same kind of truck in a heartbeat

well for sure gonna be a half ton i have been looking at the trailblazer ss though gonna be chevy or ford looked at some dodge's but idk just dont attract me like others due.let me know if you see any deals around you

will do. what sort of 1/2 ton you looking for? color, options, anything? i think a trailblazer would probably be good for you. a guy i work with has one and he loves it. it is kind of nice though if you need a truck to have one. let me know what to look for and i'll keep an eye out. there's a few dealer ships around here that sell everything.
