What is the differance between ATV handlebars and MX handlebars?
I know the bends would be different but what else?

What i am trying to avoid is..

Back when i had put some dirtbike bars on my 350 i ran into the issue of not having enough room to have my handguards on the bars. There was not enough room for all the clamps on the bars before they started to bend down to the stem. So i basically ended up having to have my levers slightly on the bent part giving them a weird feel. But on my stock handlebars i dont have that problem.

So what i basically need to know is will there be enough room on an ATV specific bar for all my levers, switches, controls, and handguards?

mx are nearly straight across from what I have seen. That would kill my back on a quad.

Differences are in Width, Sweep, Rise, Height, and Clamp area.  ATV bars tend to have a much higher height and sweep.  The other 3 areas of measurement are very minimal in change.

There's enough room w/ handguards and a parking brake, where I ran into issues was when I had to mount a freakin killswitch into the mix too.  :help:  It's tight (thats what she said) but push everthing together, and it'll work, I'll take a pic this weekend of my setup.

The Bars I probably going to get are Pro Taper contour 1 1/8 ATV mid bend bars.

Will they have room for Brake, Clutch, Throttle, Handguards, Kill Switch, Lights, And grips? lol

Krandall

sort of.

I made sure my stock kill switch stayed in the same place as well as the clutch (I have ASV's) the kill switch I ended up having to mount in the middle of the bend where it goes down. It's toit like a toiger

I dont have to worry about rocks hitting my hands because im always in the lead with everyone i ride with  krandall i have a question on the asv's,for the clutch side. if i buy the kit with the perch does it accomodate the cluster of wires that goes into the clutch.because i have my dynatek launch feature wired into the one wire. Also i really didnt mind my handguards (powermadd). I just took them off cause im getting a new stem and flexx bars with asv's and want to show off the new bling
