Yeah, we will be more than fine. I checked payments (minus the escro... I think that's what its called) when the insurance is included. And it's like 300 more a month than what we're paying right now for rent.

It will be tighter. but we'll still have extra cash.

Rates might go down even farther.  You'll have to wait and see what they give you.  But the house is worth it, thats a killer place.

It's exactly what I'm lookin for. I thought it had an attached garage, but that was a different house. So that's 1 thing it'd need.

Cool.

$300 more per month, but the advantages for you are much better tax wise!

I thought it had an attached garage too.  Damn that sucks.  Well that is one thing to add soon, it will be nice to keep cars close to the house.  Plus the temp inside a attached garage is usually a bit higher so should have no problems starting the car.

Yeah, if anything It wouldn't have to be heated. Just enclosed. My parents is that way. It's always 20 degrees warmer in there in the winter.

My garage is just enclosed and so far it has keep it above or close to 32 degrees.  Today and yesterday it was about 20 degrees.

If my garage door was insulated it would be much warmer in the garage. It's still in the 40 degree range in the garage today.

I plan to insulate the new garage and add a heater soon.  Just so I can work on things in the winter.

My garage is insulated, I am grappling with the idea that insurance won't let me put a woodburner out there. :(

You have to have a fireproof wall that attaches the garage to the house. that was the Minn requirement.

That is the concept I am dealing with. Might just install electric, but those woodburners kick out some damn heat now!
