I love that central coast area too.  But could you find work there?  That area doesn't have much for my line of work.

I found work there once...for Kodak. But turned it down, baby on the way.  Who knows. There are printing shops everywhere. Newspapers, magazines. Somebody has to service all those Staples, Kinkos office type copiers.  :help: I have ties with Xerox as well.  I will keep my eye out. Hypothetically only right now.

She works now, only because my parents enjoy watching their grandkids. And she has a less stressful job. If we move out there, I fear it would be too much. Quite the opposite of your situation.

She did work for a company out of Chicago. Have I ever told you guys what they did?
She was regional Manager for 8 stores. From Des Moines to Bloomington. Guess what the stores were?
Adult book stores!!! That company owned 60 stores across the country. Big Business. You wanna talk about ties to the Mafia in Chicago?  She made killer money, but long hours, lot's of emergency travel.
Porn is not really a kid friendly industry. Funny to think about it having the same chain of command as other businesses.

There are a ton of things that she could do to make cash while the kids are away at school.  She'll find something.  Just get a place with a guest bedroom, I love it up there.

Love the Oceano area. Pismo, Arroyo Grande, Paso Robles, SanLuis Obispo. That is where we are looking. Mom's side all lives in that area. Great people.
Uncle on my dad's side lives in the high desert. I like the weather, but the area is pretty disgusting. Outskirts of riverside. It is like Cali's version of SE Ia. Sans the trees. And double the Mexicans.
First time my wife saw a Spanish Language Movie theatre.  We were thinking of seeing a movie.
Perris was the name of the town. Very dirty. No grass grows, when it rains, it is a mess of sand and mud.

Perris is about 45 southeast of where I was.  No way I would ever live out there.  If you want to be down that way let me know, I could find work for you.

Welcome.

Yeah, I was getting signs of a cold last week, loaded up on Zicam and Orange Juice. Got nothin but a minor runny nose. I can handle that... If they can find a cure for the flu -via shot. why can't they cure the damned common cold.
