It's a job none the less. I dind't like doing it, but it's growing on me more and more. I'm fairly free to do what I want. as long as I get my crap done.

yeah. my boss gives me a bunch of shit too. but i figure as long as we get done what needs to be done we're ok.

yeah one of the guys i work with told the boss during his reveiw that we all weld at about 200% productivity until we have a good cushion of time behind us. which is true.  :grin_nod: then the boss told the rest of the welders during our reviews that he knows that we do that.

still here, busy, my boss sent out a report that my vacation I have in HR doesn't match what I have in our database. I said, well.. go off the one in HR.. that's correct. he said its my responsibility blah blah blah.

lol. we just had a situation with our vactaion at work too. we hardly had any work in the whole plant for dec. then a $500,000 order came in and now they are all freaked out everyone is going to burn up there vacation and no one will be there to build the order. so basically they made everyone with any time left schedule it.

Not so good.

yeah i hate that too. it's a pain in the ass. i feel like daylight saving in the fall should be set forward instead of back that way it's an extra hour in the evening than in the morning.
